The familiar voice and the pounding on the door, pounding that nearly rocked the whole room, woke Sophia up from the only place she was really happy, her dreams. The girl picked up the poor excuse for a pillow and covered her head to try and drown out the noise.
“Go away!” She yelled out loudly. She heard the chuckle from the man outside the door and she cringed. The next thing she knew the door was thrown open so hard that it slammed against the wall and the man had to stop it so it didn’t bounce back.
